The complete process for reporting copyright infringement on TikTok Downloader.
TikTok Downloader does not host, upload or store TikTok videos on its servers. The tool only processes public links submitted by users through third-party providers. The original content stays on TikTok and belongs to its creators or rights holders.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe content accessed through our tool infringes your rights, you may send us a written DMCA notice that includes all the information listed in the next section.
Your notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; a description of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the TikTok content in question; your name, address, phone number and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
Send your complete notice through our Contact page and mention "DMCA Notice" in the subject. Notices that are incomplete or unclear may delay or prevent action.
If action was taken because of a notice you believe was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notification with your signature, identification of the affected content, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
In appropriate circumstances, we may restrict or block access for users who are repeatedly reported for copyright infringement, and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is valid before submitting a notice.
Because the original video is hosted by TikTok, the most effective way to remove it is to report it directly to TikTok through its own copyright reporting tools. Once the source content is removed, it can no longer be fetched through our tool.
If you have questions about this DMCA Policy or need to report an issue, please reach us through the Contact page. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Copyright page.
